Corredano questa stanza numerosi armadi su misure che contengono tutto quello che serve alla cucina. Al di sopra di questa prima stanza c’è un soppalco di 20 mq che funge da camera con bagno. Dalla prima stanza si accede al salotto attraverso un corto corridoio che si affaccia su un terrazzo dove si può godere del giardino sottostante e che è fruibile per mangiare o zona relax. Nel corridoio si trovano la lavanderia ed un bagno. Il corridoio giunge nel grande salotto molto luminoso dato anche dall’altezza del soffitto con due grandi finestre. Anche qui mobili su misura.
